Brief
Mullagh Sports Partnership, established by local residents, collaborated with Boylan Consulting to develop a masterplan for a newly acquired site beside the Mullagh GAA grounds. The project delivered a new perimeter walking track, wetland habitats, boardwalks and extensive biodiversity planting enhancing both community amenities and local ecology.
Brackley Contracts Ltd, appointed through a competitive tender process, managed all aspects of project delivery. This included full stakeholder coordination, site setup, health and safety management, civil and carpentry works, and ongoing environmental protection measures. Working closely with Boylan Engineering, the team also re-engineered project elements to suit evolving site conditions, ensuring effective, timely and cost-efficient solutions.
