Brief
The brief for this project in County Leitrim aimed to transform the area into a functional and visually appealing space. The centerpiece involved constructing a tarmac carpark, providing a durable and efficient parking solution for visitors. This work included a comprehensive suite of excavation and drainage operations to ensure effective water management and foundation stability throughout the site.
Meticulous line marking enhanced safety and organization within the parking areas. We installed concrete paths to offer durable and accessible walkways that blend seamlessly with the overall landscape. To address the site’s varying elevations, we constructed a gabion retaining wall, providing both stability and an eco-friendly aesthetic.
A standout feature of the project, the “Leitrim Wall of Excellence,” includes retaining walls, integrated lighting, custom granite paving, and resin-bound surfacing, all designed and built to celebrate local excellence. The project also involved designing and erecting signage throughout the site, enhancing visibility and direction for visitors.
We completed the project with topsoiling and landscaping, transforming the area into a lush, green space.

The complex project was taken from design through to completion, involving the following elements:
- A 3D landscape model to detail the works to be completed and visualize level changes within the project.
- Excavation and drainage of the area to allow construction of a new carpark with fresh tarmacadam finish.
- Installation of concrete paths for durable and accessible walkways.
